The NTC temperature probe is believed to be one of the temperature sensors that our customer partners in various industries are familiar with. Instead of TE Connectivity's NTC sensors, they can be found in dryers, coffee machines, air conditioners in buildings, or in more high-precision automobiles, instruments and other fields in daily life.

It has the advantages of high sensitivity, fast response, and flexible size and is favored by everyone. But at the same time, we also found that when facing some harsh environments, such as high-voltage environments, NTC needs a higher level of protection to isolate its sensing components from the high voltage in the application. Prevent the flow of current between the sensing element and the system to ensure that the sensing element and components are protected from arcing and faults, thereby providing continuously stable and accurate data collection to the system.

This probe consists of an NTC thermistor soldered to 24 AWG TPE stranded wire and enclosed in a copper housing. The accessory is overmolded, leaving the copper casing exposed. A metal clamp is attached to the final accessory.
