Product introduction:
JP401 medical body cavity temperature sensor (esophageal/rectal temperature probe) is used for human body cavity temperature measurement. The product nominal resistance value is 2.252kΩ or 10kΩ.

The chip is epoxy encapsulated and can be equipped with a 6.3mm mono audio plug (other plugs can also be equipped according to customer requirements). The measurement temperature tolerance is within (25℃~45℃)±0.1℃, compatible with YSI400 series temperature sensors.

Precautions
Purpose of this product: temperature measurement and control.
Control the energy dissipation generated by the current flowing through the chip within the required range to avoid measurement errors caused by self-heating of the component.
If the shrink sleeve is heated at the temperature sensing head, the air outlet of the welding gun should be more than 30mm away from the temperature sensing head to avoid excessive thermal shock of the resistor body caused by high temperature, resulting in resistance drift.
Storage temperature 0℃~50℃, humidity 30%~80%RH; avoid storage in an environment with corrosive gas or direct sunlight; after opening the package, it needs to be resealed for storage.
In view of the structural characteristics of epoxy components, users should avoid excessive stretching and bending forces from the lead wires on the component encapsulation head when using it. If the lead wire needs to be bent, the bending point or force point should be controlled on the lead wire 6mm below the encapsulation head to avoid pulling the chip, causing resistance drift or even open circuit, especially when the component is heated.
