How it works
The Phenolic thermostat’s bimetal disc changes temperature, and the electrical contacts automatically return to their original state when the temperature reaches the specified reset point.

Structure Of Automatic Reset Thermostat
1) Bimetal momentary Automatic Reset Thermostat
When the temperature reaches the temperature range specified by the user, the temperature sensing surface feels the temperature change, and then transmits the temperature change to the bimetal strip to play the function of on/off. The temperature control switch is composed of a temperature sensing part, a switch part, a base part, an operation part and an electrical connection part.
2) Temperature sensing part
This part is composed of a bimetallic sheet and a metal aluminum cover for sensing temperature, which is used for sensing temperature.
3) Switch section
The function of this part is to turn on and off the current, and it consists of fixed contacts, moving contacts, fixed connection plates, spring sheets and rivets.
4) Base part
This part is used for insulation protection, supporting the temperature sensing part and the switch part.
5) Operation Section
This part is composed of a guide frame and an action rod, and its function is to transmit the mechanical movement of the bimetal to the switch part.
6) Electrical connection part
This part consists of the connection of external terminals and internal rivets.
