Ego thermostat uses the lever principle to drive the switch on and off to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. The liquid expansion thermostat has accurate temperature control. Working principle of EGO thermostat
The temperature sensing component consists of a temperature bulb, a capillary, a diaphragm and an expansion medium. When the temperature bulb is heated, the medium is heated and begins to expand. The expansion of the medium increases the pressure in the closed system of the entire sensing component, and the increased pressure is converted into the displacement of the diaphragm. This displacement is also called stroke, which can trigger a snap-action switch, which can open or close the circuit. The user can set the required positioning displacement by adjusting the shaft.
