Working principle of EGO thermostat
The temperature sensing component consists of a temperature bulb, a capillary, a diaphragm and an expansion medium. When the temperature bulb is heated, the medium is heated and begins to expand. The expansion of the medium increases the pressure in the closed system of the entire sensing component, and the increased pressure is converted into the displacement of the diaphragm.
