The lever principle drives the switch to make and break to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. The Liquid expansion thermostat has the performance characteristics of accurate temperature control, stable and reliable, small start-stop temperature difference, large temperature control adjustment range, and large overload current. Capillary thermostats are mainly used in temperature control occasions such as home appliances, electric heating equipment, and refrigeration industries.
Working principle of Liquid capillary expansion thermostat
The working principle of liquid expansion thermostat is based on physical deformation caused by temperature change. When the oil temperature of the hydraulic system exceeds the set range, the temperature sensor inside the thermostat will sense this change and produce a conduction or disconnection action through physical deformation, thereby controlling the working state of the heater or cooler to maintain the oil temperature of the hydraulic system within the set range. This automatic control mechanism ensures the stable operation and energy saving effect of the hydraulic system.
Specific application and classification of Liquid capillary expansion thermostat
Liquid expansion capillary thermostat usually uses a combination of heater and cooler to adjust the oil temperature. For hydraulic systems with a high degree of automation or strict requirements on the range of oil temperature changes, the temperature control device is designed as an automatic control mode. Domestic digital display temperature regulators generally have only upper and lower limit control points, so many hydraulic system manufacturers use two electric contact thermometers to control the operation of the heater and cooler respectively to achieve automatic control of the oil temperature.
