Thermal cut-off fuse connector cables are specially used in the wiring harnesses of irons, smart toilets, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, heat guns, rice cookers, electric kettles, vacuum cleaners, etc. Without thermal fuse connector harnesses, there is no circuit protection function for home appliances. At present, whether it is high-end luxury home appliances or economical ordinary home appliances, the form of thermal fuse harnesses is basically the same, consisting of wires, connectors and wrapping tapes. Home appliance wires are also called low-voltage wires, which are different from ordinary home wires. Ordinary home wires are copper single-core wires with a certain hardness. The thermal fuse connection wires are copper multi-core soft wires, some of which are as thin as hair. Several or even dozens of soft copper wires are wrapped in plastic insulating tubes (polyvinyl chloride), which are soft and not easy to break. The common specifications of wires in home wiring harnesses are wires with nominal cross-sectional areas of 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 4.0, 6.0 square millimeters. They each have an allowable load current value and are used with wires of different specifications for different power electrical equipment.
