RY Type TF 227℃ Thermal Fuse Cutoff SEFUSE 10A 250V

The present invention relates to a RY Type 10A Thermal Fuse connection structure, which utilizes a hot melt metal to rivet and connect two separated terminals in a circuit, so that the two terminals are electrically connected and thus connect the circuit. Wherein, in the state without external force, a distance is maintained between the two free ends of the two terminals. When the current is overloaded, the circuit is overheated, or the ambient temperature of use is too high, the hot melt metal is heated, the temperature rises, and it melts and breaks. The free ends of the two terminals are not connected to each other, so that the circuit becomes an open circuit (OFF) state.

1. A thermal fuse connection structure, which mainly includes two terminals and a hot melt metal. Wherein, the two terminals are fixedly arranged in the circuit line, and the two free ends of the two terminals are respectively provided with openings that can be passed through, and in the state without external force, a distance is maintained between the two free ends of the two terminals. The hot melt metal is in the shape of a long strip, and has the characteristics of melting and breaking when heated and the temperature rises. During the assembly, the hot melt metal is passed through the openings of the free ends of the two terminals, and the hot melt metal is impacted by riveting to fix and electrically connect the free ends of the two separated terminals. The free ends of the two terminals do not touch each other, and there is a gap between the free ends of the two terminals.
2. The thermal fuse connection structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the openings of the two terminals are closed openings.
3. The thermal fuse connection structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the openings of the two terminals are open openings.

The steps of the RY Type RY227 10A Thermal Fuse usage process are explained as follows:
(1) The rated power and voltage, fusing, operating temperature and maximum temperature of the Thermal Fuse should comply with the parameters specified in the circuit.
(2) When selecting the installation location of the Thermal Fuse, be careful not to transfer stress to the fuse due to vibration in the product and the position of other components.
(3) Install it in a place where the temperature will not rise above the maximum operating temperature after the thermal fuse is blown.
(4) It cannot be used in machines where liquid or humidity is maintained above 95%.
(5) The thermal fuse should be installed in a place where only the heat source of the thermal fuse can be sensed. Thermal resistance is inevitably set in the structure. For example, when installed on a heater, be careful not to connect directly to prevent the hot wire from heating the thermal fuse.
(6) If the current of the Thermal Fuse is connected in parallel, or if current or overvoltage is continuously passed, the internal contacts of the thermal fuse will be damaged, affecting normal operation, so it cannot be used under the above conditions.
