SET Square TCO Thermal Fuse use Flat iron
A piece of fusible alloy wire is connected between the two pins of the thermal fuse, which is covered by a special transparent resin square shell. Current can flow from one pin to another. When the temperature around the thermal fuse rises to its set operating temperature, its fusible alloy wire melts and shrinks into a spherical shape, and is attached to the ends of the two pins with the help of surface tension and special resin. In this way, the circuit is permanently cut off.

Square shell type thermal fuse:
A fusible alloy wire is connected between the two pins of the thermal fuse, and the fusible alloy wire is coated with a special resin, so that the current can flow from one pin to another. When the temperature around the thermal fuse rises to its operating temperature, its fusible alloy melts and shrinks into a ball attached to the ends of the two pins under the action of surface tension and the help of special resin. In this way, the circuit is permanently cut off.
The following items must be followed to ensure the normal operation of the thermal fuse:
i) Each thermal fuse has a rated current and voltage, a fusing temperature (Tf), a use temperature (Th), and a maximum temperature (Tm) and must be used within the specified parameters.
ii) When selecting the installation position of the fuse, be careful not to transfer stress to the fuse due to vibration in the finished product and displacement of other accessories.
iii) It should be installed in a place where the temperature will not rise above the maximum use temperature after the thermal fuse is blown.
iv) It cannot be used in machines where liquids or humidity are maintained above 95%.
v) The thermal fuse should be installed in a place that can only sense the heat source of the thermal fuse. When it is unavoidable to install a thermal barrier, for example, when installing it on a heater, be careful not to connect it directly to prevent the hot wire from heating the temperature fuse.
vi) If the temperature fuse is connected in parallel to increase the current or if overcurrent or overvoltage is continuously passed, the internal contacts of the temperature fuse will be damaged, which will affect its normal operation. Therefore, it cannot be used under the above conditions.
Although the temperature fuse is designed to be highly reliable, the abnormal situations that a single temperature fuse can cope with are limited after all. In addition, if the temperature fuse is damaged and cannot function normally due to human or unpredictable force majeure, the circuit will not be cut off in time when the machine is abnormal. Therefore, when the machine is overheated, when the erroneous action directly affects the human body, when there is no circuit cutting device other than the fuse, and when high safety is required, use more than two temperature fuses with different fusing temperatures.

Thermal fuse can sense the overheating generated by abnormal operation of electrical and electronic products, thereby cutting off the circuit to avoid fire. Commonly used in: hair dryers, electric irons, rice cookers, electric stoves, transformers, motors, water dispensers, coffee pots, etc. The thermal fuse cannot be used again after operation, and only operates once at the melting temperature.
Custom Built in Thermal Fuse link and cable
The thermal fuse is a thermal protector. Thermal fuses are mainly composed of melts and tubes, plus external fillers. When using, connect the thermal fuse in series with the protected circuit. When the current of the protected circuit exceeds the specified value, and after a certain period of time, the melt generated by the melt itself fuses the melt, breaking the circuit, thereby protecting the circuit. Electrical appliances that use a metal conductor as a melt to break a circuit are connected in series in the circuit.

SET / AUPO / RY / Uchibashi The thermal fuse is a thermal protection device designed for electronic equipment to provide overheating protection. It adopts a tubular structure, and the spiral melt material is an alloy, which has the characteristics of fast melting. The model of this fuse is BF216, which is small in size and suitable for a variety of electronic equipment.
Tamura/NEC SF metal casing 15A Temperature fuse
The working principle of the AUPO / Tamura / NEC SF thermal fuse is based on the thermal expansion and conductive properties of the material. When the temperature in the circuit rises to the rated trigger temperature of the fuse, the metal material of the fuse will expand due to heat. When this expansion reaches a certain degree, it will cause the resistance inside the fuse to rise sharply.
