China EGO Capillary Thermostat Switch
Ego thermostat single pole & Three pole capillary thermostat switchs have proved effective in regulating and controlling heated appliances.
Ego thermostat uses the lever principle to drive the switch on and off to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. The liquid expansion thermostat has accurate temperature control. Stable and reliable, small temperature difference between on and off, large temperature control adjustment range, large overload current and other performance characteristics. Liquid expansion thermostat is mainly used in temperature control occasions such as home appliance industry, electric heating equipment, refrigeration industry, etc.
it is composed of a temperature pack, a capillary tube, a thin film sheet, and an expansion medium. When the warm pack is heated, the medium is heated and begins to expand. The expansion of the medium increases the pressure in the closed system of the entire sensing element. The increased pressure is translated into a displacement of the diaphragm. This displacement, also called stroke, can trigger a snap action switch that can open or close the circuit. The required displacement variable can be set by adjusting the rotation axis.
The thermostat can be activated with a very short displacement. During the baking process, an increase of 0.01 mm displacement is equivalent to a temperature setting increase of about 3K. This high precision is guaranteed by a meticulous manufacturing process. it could be made to control temperature from -35℃ to +320℃。
Working principle of EGO thermostat
The temperature sensing component consists of a temperature bulb, a capillary, a diaphragm and an expansion medium. When the temperature bulb is heated, the medium is heated and begins to expand. The expansion of the medium increases the pressure in the closed system of the entire sensing component, and the increased pressure is converted into the displacement of the diaphragm. This displacement is also called stroke, which can trigger a snap-action switch, which can open or close the circuit. The user can set the required positioning displacement by adjusting the shaft.
