KSD301, 302 series snap-action are thermostats that use bimetallic discs (1/2″ 光碟) as temperature sensing components to control thermal cut-off switches. Electrical Rating: AC 125V max 15A~60A; AC250V 5A 10A 15A max 16A. Action Temperature: -30 °C~280 °C. When household & industrial appliances are working normally, 雙金屬片處於自由狀態，觸點處於閉合/斷開狀態. When the temperature reaches the action temperature, the bimetallic strip is heated to generate internal stress and quickly moves, 開啟/關閉觸點, 切斷/連接電路, thereby playing a role in temperature control. When the appliance cools to the reset temperature, the contacts automatically close/open and resume normal working state.

KSD301 series bimetal thermostat is a kind of miniature hermetically sealed bimetal thermostat. 單刀單擲結構，工作在阻性負荷下. KSD301 bimetal thermostat is in wide use in a great variety of compact type home appliances with automatic reset or manual reset to provide temperature control or temperature protection.

KSD301 bimetallic snap disc thermostats are widely used in: 飲水機, 熱水器, sandwich toasters, dishwashers, dryers, 消毒櫃, 微波爐, electric coffee pots, electric cookers, 冰箱, 空調, laminating machines, office equipment, car seat heaters and other electric heating appliances.

Notes
1. (KSD301 surface mount thermostat) When using contact temperature sensing surface mount for installation, the metal cover should be close to the installation surface of the controlled device to ensure the temperature sensing effect. Thermal conductive silicone grease or other thermal conductive media with similar performance should be applied to the temperature sensing surface.
2. 不要塌陷, loosen or deform the top of the cover during installation to avoid affecting performance.
3. 請勿讓液體滲入恆溫器內, do not allow cracks to appear on the outer shell, 並且不要隨意改變外接端子的形狀.
4. 當產品使用在電流不大於5A的電路中時, a cable with a copper core section of 0.5-1㎜2 should be selected for connection; when used in a circuit with a current of no more than 10A, a cable with a copper core section of 0.75-1.5㎜2 should be selected for connection.
5. 產品應貯存在相對濕度不大於 90% and an ambient temperature below 40℃, which is ventilated, 乾淨的, 乾燥, and free of corrosive gases.
