1. 电压 & 当前测定
• Motors have different voltage ranges 380V, 230V, 220V ,110V, DC motors will also have 36V/ 24V /12V, ETC。, according to different working voltages to choose different rated voltage thermal protectors, 原则, 实际应用电压小于或等于保护器额定电压, 例如, 380V motor cannot choose rated voltage 220V thermal protector, 额定电压220V保护器可用于110V电机;

• The current of the motor is divided into three kinds of starting current, 正常工作电流和阻断电流, the rated current of the thermoswitch & protector should be greater than the maximum value of the three currents, 并且需要留有余量. 例如, 电机正常工作电流1A, 启动电流1.5A, 阻断电流2A, then the rated current of the selected thermal protector is at least 2A, 额定电流最好选择3A或5A,保留余量.
